Our company understands the unique challenges event organizers face when planning profitable golf tournaments.

We also plan and manage hosted outings and micro-outings.

Micro-outings consist of 20-50 people and can be a leisurely or competitive event for clients, friends or family. We work with a variety of public and private courses.

With the support of our preferred vendors TMW Productions, LLC is able to provide the following services during tournament planning:

Pre-Tournament Services

Completion of all facility paperwork and permit applications
Manage registration of participants
Manage and arrange for the purchases of event giveaways
Manage the signage and marketing materials for the event
Promote event through Twitter, Facebook, word of mouth, email, and company website
Manage payment for registration and sponsorship
Determine optimal tournament format and rules based on client’s needs
Determine prizes for individual players and top teams
Book block rooms (if applicable)
Provide monthly updates to organization on the event

During Tournament Services

Manage logistics of check-in, games, scoring, and personnel
Manage speakers for opening ceremony (if applicable)
Enforce tournament rules and regulations
Determine tournament winners
Ensure sponsor’s logos are properly displayed
Facility set-up and break down
Facilitate and manage award ceremony
Manage videography and photography (If desired)

Post Tournament Services

Upload scores and awards to the company website
Collect and analyze participant surveys
Debrief with host organziation and discuss opportunities for the next event
