Manage registration of participants

Promote event through Twitter, Facebook, word of mouth, email, and company website
Manage payment for registration and sponsorship
Determine prizes for event attendees
Provide monthly updates to organization on the event

During Event Services

Manage logistics of check-in
Manage speakers and breakout sessions during event (if applicable)
Determine prize winners
Ensure sponsor’s logos are properly displayed
Facility set-up and break down
Manage videography and photography (If desired)

Post Event Services

Collect and analyze participant surveys
